This charming Pair of Victorian Staffordshire Red and White Dogs date from circa 1860.

They have characterful, expressive faces, heart-shaped patched to their chests and gilt collars and padlocks.

The Dogs are in good condition with no restoration.  There is an underglaze chip to the back paw of the Right Side Dog which occurred during the making and some nicks to the base.  None of these are seen from the front.

These are a lovely Pair of Staffordshire Dogs which have been decorated with thought and skill.
