This beautifully designed English Blue and White Pottery Footed Bowl dates from circa 1820.  It bears the blue printed mark ‘DRESDEN OPAQUE CHINA’ to the base and is attributed to the RIDGWAY Factory.

The handles are a delight, incorporating both Anthemion and Acanthus Leaf designs.

To give some idea of scale I have photographed the.Bowl alongside a Large Pink Lady Apple.

The condition is good with no restoration.
