VICTORIAN CARVED HORSE’S HEAD

This very decorative Carved Horse’s Head slides on to a wooden table clamp, presumably so the Craftsman can carry out his work. It dates from circa 1890.

The Horse appears to have its original paint finish and is fitted with glass eyes.

There has been an old repair started to the bottom of the mane and some minor paint loss. There are small chips to the tips of the ears.
