Dating from circa 1810 this Carved Bone Prisoner of War Domino and Cribbage Box contains a complete Set of 36 Dominoes.
The Box has four glazed panels to the sliding lid each containing a naively painted watercolour of a Figure. The four side panels are painted with various buildings and trees and the two end panels with floral garlands.
As can be seen from the photographs there are some losses and damage including a cracked glass and a missing foot.
A beautiful piece of Folk Art in original unrestored condition.
