MACINTYRE MOORCROFT DURA WARE TEAPOT
This fully marked James MacIntyre Dura Ware Teapot, designed by William Moorcroft, dates from circa 1910.
The Teapot, which is in the Guildhall Shape, is decorated with an attractive band of slip-trailed, stylised flowers and foliage.
The condition is good. There is no restoration.
There is a tiny nick to the tip of the spout, which I have shown in the close-up photograph, and minor wear to the gilt.
Height: 5 inches (13 cm)
