FINE ENGLISH POTTERY TOBY JUG c1830

This well-decorated and richly coloured English Pottery Toby Jug, probably made in Yorkshire, dates from circa 1830.

It has a Caryatid Handle, curly pipe detail and a spongeware finish to the inside of the hat.

The condition is good.  There are no cracks, chips or restoration.  There is a small area of paint rubbing to the rim of the miniature jug he his holding.

Depth:  7 inches (18 cm)
